1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Home Link Ent., owned by Bhupesh Omprakash Gupta ("Organization", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the HomeLinkEnt website as well as any related applications or services.

By accessing the site or booking our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and our services.

2. Services Provided

HomeLinkEnt provides professional TV mounting, wire concealment, and related home theater installation services.

• Estimates: Any quotes provided over the phone or online are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary upon on-site inspection if conditions differ from what was communicated.
• Site Conditions: The customer is responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible and safe. We reserve the right to refuse service if the installation environment is deemed unsafe or structurally unsuitable.
• Customer Supplied Equipment: If you supply your own mounts or cables, we are not liable for any failure of that equipment.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

We strive to arrive within the scheduled time window. However, unforeseen circumstances (traffic, previous jobs running long) may cause delays. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the installation services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the service date. We accept various forms of payment as communicated by our technicians on-site.

5. Liability and Warranties

We guarantee our workmanship. If an issue arises directly related to our installation process, we will remedy it at no additional labor cost, provided you notify us within 30 days of the service.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HomeLinkEnt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any property damage resulting from structurally unsound walls or hidden plumbing/electrical issues not disclosed prior to installation.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site and Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
